Meet the MemberFix team
Vic Dorfman started MemberFix in 2012 to fix membership sites and incorporated it in 2014. Fixing membership sites is still most of what we do, on LearnDash, MemberPress, BuddyBoss and WooCommerce. Most of the team lives in Europe, and Vic runs things from Thailand. When you work with us you know the names of the people looking after your site: that is how Managed TechOps works, with a named tech lead, a second developer and a team lead on every account.

Vic Dorfman
Founder and CEO
Thailand
Vic started MemberFix in 2012, incorporated it in 2014, and also founded MemberHost, our sister company for membership site hosting. He was born in Ukraine, grew up in the US, has lived in Thailand for more than ten years and holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Before all this he studied classical music and worked as a musician. Today he sets the direction and talks to membership site owners on MemberFix Radio.
Fun factHe read The 4-Hour Workweek while traveling in Nicaragua, then met one of the book's case studies at a bar.
Costi Muresanu
Head of Operations
Romania
Costi runs day-to-day operations at MemberFix, and the technical team reports to him. He came up through the technical side and wrote many of our tutorials, on MemberPress, Circle and visual regression testing with BackstopJS. He also built the KPI reviews the team uses to see how the work is going.
Fun factIn our last team game he spent his imaginary winnings on a business-class flight to Asia, and the team told him what to order when he lands.
Risto Karaivanov

Risto is usually the first person you talk to at MemberFix. He started as a developer, moved into sales and, in Vic's words, came alive. Because he knows the technical side, your first call is about your site and what it needs. He also runs our audit pipeline with Trim and looks after the company's finances.
Fun factHe won our July game of Two Truths and a Lie.

Lesly Garreau

Lesly builds the systems the rest of us work in. His MemberFix OS covers backups, time tracking, a KPI tracker with its own API, our internal wiki and a self-hosted screen recorder that replaced Loom. He studied psychology, and away from the keyboard he rock climbs and works with wood.
Fun factHe has lived in more than 11 countries, at least three months in each, and Thailand is still his favorite.
Trim Qemali
Senior Developer

Trim is one of our senior developers and works on our technical audits, digging through a membership site to find what is broken and why. He wrote the Claude Code plugin our team uses to audit sites without SSH access, and he has run client launches and ongoing retainer work.
Fun factHe has made three solo skydives. On the third, his main parachute didn't open and he had to pull the reserve.
Denys Melnychuk

Denys is a senior developer. He recently finished a 12-phase LearnDash build and co-built our BuddyBoss reply-by-email plugin, which lets community members answer forum posts straight from their inbox. He has also run client site audits with Trim, and he is usually at his desk by 5am.
Fun factGiven a windfall, he would plant a forest. His reasoning: a new car gets old, but a forest just gets bigger.
Elizabeth Lukanova

Elizabeth is a full-stack developer who works in WordPress, PHP and Python. She ran one of our recent site migrations from start to finish and worked on the reply-by-email plugin with Denys. She reads a lot, especially about Japanese history and traditions, and dreams of growing her own matcha in a small mountain village there.
Fun factShe used to play electric guitar in a rock band, and she loves opera just as much. Before one team call she was listening to Carmen.

Edin is a senior developer on our technical team. He came to WordPress from front-end development, and he works on client builds and support across the membership and eLearning sites we look after.
Dejan Biberovic

Serbia
Dejan is a senior developer who also leads builds. He created a one-click cancellation offer that applies a Stripe discount and keeps the member's renewal in sync, and he led the team that built an online summit site for a client. He plays guitar, and he is a big fan of the sauna and the cold plunge.
Fun factHe wants to go to Thailand one day and train Muay Thai.
Bane Mladenovic

Serbia
Bane looks after the regular updates on the sites we maintain, and he has been building automated Playwright tests so we catch problems before a client does. Updates are the part of running a membership site that nobody notices until something breaks, and Bane's job is to make sure it doesn't.
Fun factHe's a former judoka. At the Serbian state championship he beat the defending champion, a European medalist who later went pro in MMA.
Bojan Pavlovic

Bojan joined MemberFix in August 2026 as a senior developer, and he steps in wherever the team needs another experienced pair of hands, from support tickets to development work. Outside work he follows football and basketball closely, and he prefers classic motorcycles to modern ones.
Fun factHe's a Roma fan, and his dream trip is a tour of European football grounds, English lower leagues included.

Dafina Cvetanovska

Dafina looks after the people side of MemberFix: hiring, onboarding, and making sure a team spread across several countries still feels like one team. She has worked in HR, recruitment and career coaching for more than 19 years. She also runs our monthly team fun calls.
Fun factShe wants to get her motorcycle license and ride a Yamaha one day.
Nina Maksimovikj

Nina keeps projects moving. She matches work to the right developer, follows up with clients so conversations don't stall, and helps new team members find their feet. She also keeps track of who is working on what, so tasks don't sit waiting.
Fun factShe grew up partly in Athens and went to college in Thessaloniki.
Yana Shvets
Marketing and Content
From Ukraine
Yana looks after MemberFix's marketing and content, including MemberFix Radio, our podcast for people who run membership sites. She lived in Thailand for three years, paints in her spare time, and would one day like an art studio in the Carpathian mountains.
Fun factShe dances bachata, and given the chance she would spend a whole summer hopping between European dance festivals.

MemberHost is our sister company for membership site hosting. It is a separate business, not part of MemberFix, but we share many clients and work closely together, with a direct line between the two teams. Vic and Risto work on both teams, and if your site is hosted with MemberHost you will probably meet Denny and Milan too.

Denny leads the technical side of MemberHost, our sister company that hosts membership sites. He runs the servers, caching and failover setup that MemberHost clients are hosted on, so the MemberFix team can hand hosting questions to someone who built the platform.

Milan handles support at MemberHost, our sister company that hosts membership sites, and is often the first person MemberHost clients hear back from.
