We strive to provide you with the best products and services to enhance your experience. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- 14 day refund period.
- No refunds will be granted on plugin renewals. When you purchase our plugin it is clearly stated on the checkout that it is an annual subscription. You will also receive an email reminder before your subscription auto-renews and will have ample time to cancel if you choose not to renew.
- You will not be eligible for a refund if you’ve received a refund before (i.e. previously bought the product, refunded and bought again).
- The #1 reason for refund requests is technical. Therefore, we’d like you to first raise a support ticket to help us understand where you’re stuck. Most issues can be solved with a simple email and our prompt support ensures you’re never disappointed.
- In the past, sadly, some people took advantage of our overly generous refund policy. Others simply bought our plugin assuming it does one thing but without having actually read the information or watched the video on the sales page. This caused us many erroneous refund requests which not only take time to service, but also negatively affect our reputation with our payment processor and require us to bear the refund fees. Therefore, in order to prevent abuse and qualify for a refund you must demonstrate to us how our plugin fails to do what we claim it does and what you expected it to do based on the plugin sales and information page. You must do this via a screencast video using Loom or a similar software and clearly show where our plugin fails to do what it says on the tin, or how something in our information about the product reasonably led you to believe it does something that it doesn’t do.
- Finally, we are always reasonable and logical with our refund requests. We are not trying to find loopholes to keep a relatively small amount of money. Plugins comprise a very small part of our total business. Our goal is to make our customers happy and solve their problems without being taken advantage of by bad actors. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny refund requests if we deem it necessary. Erroneous chargebacks will be challenged.
By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
You cannot sell, rent, share or transfer your access to this website or for the plugin license key. License keys that are shared, sold or transferred are subject to cancellation.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund within the 14-day period, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or fill the contact form on the bottom of this page with your purchase details. Refund requests made after the 14-day period or for renewals payments will not be honored.
Exceptions: Please include a clear and reasonable explanation for your refund request.
Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues with our plugin that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.
If you have reported a transaction as fraudulent to your bank, please reach out to us before taking any further action.
Changes to This Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
