How does the “Per Time” (trademark pending) system work?
Choose your pace of progress
The Per Time system is a trademark-pending, unique way of apportioning our team’s efforts to our customers in the fairest way possible, relative to your level of subscription.
Each time we go to work on your tasks we will give you the allotted “per time” (20 minutes for Lite; 40 minutes for Mid; 60 minutes for Pro).
We then move on to the next customer’s tasks and give them the corresponding “per time”. And so on down the list until we circle back around to the top.
This prevents cannibalization of our team’s energies by any one customer and ensures your work moves forward productively.
Choose your pace of work by upgrading or downgrading your MemberFix subscription level at any time, and as your business needs evolve.
We bill you monthly for our service but you’re free to cancel at anytime for any reason. And if you’re not satisfied with the quality of our service, we’ll refund your money within 7 days of purchase.

How is MemberFix different from competing products like WPCurve?
MemberFix distinguishes itself from competing products like WPCurve in two main ways.
1 – We are able to accept a much wider range of tasks and work with a much wider range of apps than most of our competitors. This makes us much more useful when you something done in ClickFunnels, or in your email app, or with your shopping cart, etc.

2 – In addition to expertise with WordPress in general, our team has a special knack for membership site technology.
We’ve been working with membership sites, setting up integrations, setting up email marketing and shopping carts, and basically learning and mastering the entire gamut of apps and tasks that accompany the membership site world.
This means our competency extends well beyond basic level WordPress stuff. Many customers come to us after finding that our competitors provide only marginal utility in their business, and have too many restrictions on what they will and will not do to justify the investment.
We strive to accept all kinds of tasks so that you can count on us to delegate virtually any tech “stuff” without having to sign up for a bunch of different providers or hire outsourcers of dubious quality.
This sounds too good to be true… how can you provide unlimited support for monthly clients?
We’re fair and we’ve found our monthly clients are as well. We support a reasonable number of tasks per client and we will let you know if you’re stretching the friendship. Our policy is that we work on one task at a time and only move on to the next task when the prior task is finished. This workflow establishes a pace that gets high-priority things done without overwhelming our team and we’ve found it to work well.
What does unlimited support mean?
You can submit as many MemberFix request as you’d like, but they must be submitted one by one. E.g. you submit a task, we complete it, then you may submit the next task.
Most jobs are completed Monday to Friday, during business hours. We monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so if there’s an urgent issue we can call in a MemberFix developer for extra help.
How long does a task take to complete?
We complete tasks within two business days, most within 24 hours. If you request a task over the weekend, we generally take care of it on Monday morning unless we deem it to be urgent.
I’m thinking about signing up… when will you solve my problem?
Our team will start working on solving your problem on the same business day you sign up. We have to check your details and activate your account first. Once that is done, you can submit your first job.
Do you complete tasks on weekends?
I haven’t built my site yet. Is your service right for me?
We prefer to work with clients who already have their sites set up and profitable.
Sometimes a client signs up and then asks our team to build his site piece-by-piece. Inevitably this leads to frustration because building a site requires many hours of concerted effort, not 60 minute chunks of effort every 12 hours or so.
However, if you’re still in the building stages of your site and you’d like to sign up for MemberFix and use our service in the capacity of targeted tasks (e.g. set up plugin XYZ, install Analytics, install OptimizePress, etc.) then that would be a perfectly appropriate use of our services.
Do my unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. MemberFix is not a credit-based product.
You may request unlimited tasks. But if you don’t make any task requests on a given month, we don’t provide any kind of compensatory service the following month to “make up for it”, so to speak.
The reason we can offer MemberFix at a much more affordable rate than if you were to hire a dedicated membership site consultant is partly because it’s a 2-way street. We depend on the consistent monthly income, and you in turn depend on us to be there when you need a task completed.
If you can’t make full use of a MemberFix subscription you’re welcome downgrade to a lower plan or to cancel and come back later. ?
We certainly don’t feel right accepting money from our customers with providing more than commensurate value in exchange.

What are your hours?
As most of our team is based in Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe, our hours are 7am to 7pm, Bangkok time (GMT +7). However, we work on tasks 7 days a week. 🙂
Why did you start this company?
Vic is well known in the online marketing world as the membership site setup expert. When his consulting business out grew his ability to help all the folks who contacted him, we decided to build a great team that offers affordable, quality membership site fix-it services to our clients.
Do you provide Project Management services?
We do a lot of organizational and housekeeping work for our customers, e.g. creating tickets, prioritizing and enqueuing tickets, following up on tasks that require customer input, closing out old tasks, scheduling strategy sessions, etc. This set of tasks could best be described as “ticket management” which we do as a courtesy to our customers whenever we can.
However, we do not (and could not possibly) offer any bona fide project management services. In the first place, we don’t work on projects per se but on tasks that, collectively, may comprise a milestone or project.
Moreover, to become a MemberFix customer is to enter into a mutually beneficial partnership (a 2-way street) in which the responsibility for solving tech issues in a timely manner is squarely on our shoulders, while directing and managing your broader projects and goals is yours.
We try to facilitate this process as much as possible via free Strategy Calls, dynamically updated reporting, and the aforementioned ticket organization. But this is again, a courtesy we extend within reasonable constraints, and not a substitute for properly organizing and planning your milestones and wider business goals.

How many tasks can I submit at a time?
As many as you want. However, we strongly recommend that you submit no more than 3 tasks at a time, which we will queue up according to the priority you request. You may submit more but we don’t recommend it since A) we work on one task at a time and B) it will just result in a diffusion of attention and energy on both our sides.
Will you support multiple membership sites?
Yes! Just one MemberFix subscription gives you support for all websites that you own.
If you have clients or customers whom you’d like to service via MemberFix please ask them to sign up for their own MemberFix subscriptions or sign up for additional subscriptions on their behalf.
Who are your team members and where are they located? I’m worried about security.
Vic leads our development team remotely from his home base in Phuket, Thailand. Our team members are spread across the US, Thailand, Eastern Europe and Canada. Your information is 100% safe and secure and is never, ever shared.
We insist on the use of LastPass for sharing of secure information. And we have strict security protocols in place internally to prevent abuse or unauthorized access to your information.
Do I have to commit to a contract on the monthly plans?
No. Our monthly service is billed using a recurring monthly subscription in a Prepay model (i.e. you pay then you claim your product). There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees. Our customers retain us every month because we’re the #1 provider of Membership site support.
Can you help if my site has been hacked?
Absolutely, security is a specialty of ours and a huge priority both internally and with regards to our customers.
If your site gets hacked or incurs a malware infection while you’re a customer of ours, we’ll do everything we can to fix the hack and get you back up on your feet ASAP.
If you sign up for MemberFix with already infected sites, we will repair the infection and harden your sites against future attacks. However, in this case because the sites were already hacked, you agree to waive your right to a refund request. Repairing hacks is expensive and time consuming, and it wouldn’t be fair to have us repair hacked sites and then request your money back.
Further, if you only need to repair a hack but you don’t really need WordPress / membership site support, we have a dedicated malware removal service. ?
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 7 days, we will refund your subscription. We will certainly ask you why you’re requesting a refund so we can improve our product, but if you prefer not to answer you will of course still get a refund. ? This applies to new customers only.
I have a launch/deadline coming up. Can I purchase MemberFix and count on you to make the launch date or deadline date?
MemberFix works by submitting tasks one at a time. A task can take less than 12 hours to complete but up to 72 hours (depending on the complexity of the task and business volume).
So if you believe that this gives you enough time to make your deadline or launch date, feel free to sign up. Otherwise, I recommend you wait to sign up when the delivery speed of our service won’t be a bottleneck in a time-sensitive situation.
We don’t work on deadlines (other than our stated turnaround times) because doing so would necessarily prioritize one customer’s needs over another’s and prevent us from giving a consistent quality of service to everybody.
Therefore, if you have deadlines to meet please submit your tasks far enough ahead that we’ll complete them in time.
I want to cancel. How do I do that?

If I didn’t request any MemberFix tasks last month (or going back several months) will you refund my payment?
No. We only issue refunds for new customers who are not satisfied within the first 7 days.
As soon as your monthly payment goes through, those funds are committed and non-refundable. However, we’re happy to cancel your subscription at any time before you get rebilled.
Please note that it’s your responsibility to cancel a subscription if you feel like you’re not making full use of MemberFix. Any requests to issue refunds on the basis of services not rendered because of a failure to make use of MemberFix will be denied.
If this sounds harsh, please bear in mind that we’re a boutique company with a limited capacity to serve a select group of customers. So every paid spot is a spot that another would-be customer can’t sign up for. It’s unreasonable to request a refund if you’re taking up a paid slot that another customer would happily take. Further, we make hiring and other business decisions on the basis of anticipated workload/customer load.
We understand that it’s unpleasant to realize you’ve wasted money on a subscription you haven’t fully used, or haven’t used at all. But we do not provide project management services; it is on you to manage your project…we just do the tasks!
That’s why it’s important to determine before you purchase a subscription with us whether or not you’ll be able to make full use of it and whether or not you will be able to manage the project either yourself or via a team member to justify the spend.
Thankfully, the great majority of our customers submit tasks regularly, follow up and keep us on task, and feel like they’re getting MORE than their money’s worth.

I’m worried about security. How can I securely provide login credentials to your team?
We use LastPass to share all login credentials internally and with our customers. Please sign up for a free LastPass account to ensure the security of your login info (never share logins via email!)
